About EquityList & Governance
EquityList began as an internal AngelList India project to replace spreadsheet-based equity administration, and spun out as an independent company in 2023, adding an ESOP Advisory line in 2024. AngelList India remains an investor alongside Republic and Hustle Fund. Its own pages disclose inconsistent self-reported scale figures (e.g. "650+ companies / 80,000+ stakeholders / $20B+ securities" on the homepage vs. "600+ companies / $4B+ / 50,000+ stakeholders" on about-us) — no single number is presented here as fact. States SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001:2022 and GDPR/DPDP compliance.
Pricing & Plans
equitylist.co/pricing-india (live, 2026-10-05): "Free: ₹0/mo, 10 stakeholders. Build: ₹5,000/mo billed monthly or ₹60,000 billed annually (25% savings), 50 stakeholders... Growth: ₹15,000/mo billed monthly or ₹180,000 billed annually, 100 stakeholders..." Corrects the previous figures, which showed a nonexistent "Scale" tier and wrong prices/limits for Build and Growth (was ₹96,000/35 and ₹2,80,000/50). No GST note found on the live page.
